METTL3 inhibits inflammation of retinal pigment epithelium cells by regulating NR2F1 in an m6A-dependent manner [RNA-seq]

To investigate the fuction of METTL3 in autoimmune uveitis, we established ARPE-19 cell lines in which target gene has been knocked down by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq between sh-Control groups and sh-METTL3 groups. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for ARPE-19 (sh-Control) cells and its KD derivatives(sh-METTL3).
