Gene expression data after treated with TCI04 in MDA-MB-231 cells

TCI04 inhibits cell invasion and synergistically enhanced Paclitaxel activity in MDA-MB-231 cells. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression in MDA-MB-231 cells after treated with TCI04 and identified distinct classes of up- or down-regulated genes during this process. MDA-MB-231 cells were selected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. 50 μM of TCI04 was used for treating MDA-MB-231 cells and PBS was used as controls.
