To assess the transcriptional changes in different brain regions and spinal cord associated with aging and either a caloric restricted (CR) or ad libitum (AL) diet. cDNA microarray and quantitative PCR analyses were used to examine the transcriptomes of various neuronal tissues in young, middle aged and old mice. Mice of both genders were examined as well as the effects of their placement on either caloric restricted (CR) or ad libitum (AL) diets. 本数据集旨在探究与衰老、热量限制(caloric restricted, CR)饮食或随意进食(ad libitum, AL)饮食相关的不同脑区及脊髓的转录组变化。本研究采用cDNA微阵列(cDNA microarray)与定量PCR(quantitative PCR)技术,对年轻、中年及老年小鼠的各类神经组织转录组进行检测分析。实验覆盖雌雄两种性别的小鼠,并考察了喂食热量限制或随意进食饮食对其产生的影响。关键词:年龄、性别与饮食对比;本研究共纳入67只小鼠,依据年龄、性别及饮食类型开展分组对比。
