Arginine Promotes The Activation of Human Lung Fibroblasts Independent of Its Metabolism

We investigated TGF-beta-induced gene expression in normal human lung fibroblasts (NHLFs) under different media setting, and diffrenece in TGF-beta-induced gene expression between control human male fibroblasts and human male IPF fibroblasts cultured in HPLM using RNA-seq. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data from Normal Human Lung Fibroblasts (HLFs) under TGF-beta treatment in different media ( HPLM and DMEM ) and different source of HLFs across different clones ( Control Male and IPF Male ) cultured in HPLM.
