Patent validity period score: Calculate the number of years from the data download date (December 26, 2023) to the estimated patent expiration date, with 1 point awarded per year. 2. Number of inventors score: The score equals the number of inventors, with 1 point per inventor. 3. Patent agency status score: 5 points if a patent agency is involved, otherwise 0 points. 4. Received citations score: +10 points for each time the patent is cited by others. 5. Made citations score: +2 points for each time the patent cites other patents. 6. Patent family count score: +1 point for each additional patent family member beyond the baseline of 1. 7. Number of claims score: Based on a baseline of 10 claims, subtract 1 point for each fewer claim, and add 1 point for each additional claim. 8. Litigation cases score: +50 points for each involved litigation case. The final comprehensive patent score is thus calculated.
