本试验数据采集于杭州中国水稻研究所富阳基地中的水稻纹枯病实验田（经度：30.077246°，纬度：119.921479°），试验田约400平方米，选用2个抗纹枯病低至中等抗性的水稻品种(黄花展和楚粳27)，数据采集时水稻处于灌浆期。光谱测量实验于上午10点到下午2点间在光线较稳定的情况下采用UHD185成像光谱仪经过黑白标定后在距离目标作物侧面病斑20-30cm处进行拍摄，得到成像高光谱数据。仪器
