Bolt Tightening Experiment Dataset for Aero-engine Fan Rotor Disk-drum Assembly
This dataset was constructed to meet the requirements of coaxiality prediction and tightening force optimization during the assembly process of aero-engine fan rotor disk-drums. Bolt tightening experiments were conducted using a 3D-printed simplified model of the aero-engine fan rotor, with data collected via laser displacement sensors. The dataset mainly records observation values including the tightening torque of each bolt and the corresponding radial displacement of the disk-drum.
