从企业 MES 数据库、生产日志文件及硬件网关接口获取结构化数据，涵盖产线及设备基础信息，实时采集设备运行时的电压、电流、温度、压力等关键事实数据，形成设备状态追踪记录。外部数据采集：部署环境温湿度、空气质量传感器及水电燃气能源计量表，采集环境参数与能耗数据，为生产自控系统（BAS）的智能决策及能效优化提供支撑数据。Structured data is collected from the enterprise MES database, production log files and hardware gateway interfaces, covering basic information of production lines and equipment. Key operational parameters including voltage, current, temperature and pressure during equipment operation are acquired in real time to form equipment status tracking records. External data collection: Environmental temperature and humidity sensors, air quality sensors and water, electricity, gas energy meters are deployed to collect environmental parameters and energy consumption data, which provide supporting data for intelligent decision-making and energy efficiency optimization of the Building Automation System (BAS).
