通过对海钓船艇航行轨迹的预测,可以及时发现潜在的碰撞风险,并提前采取避碰措施,确保航行安全。如恶劣天气、海难等,航行轨迹预测数据可以帮助救援人员快速定位海钓船艇,提高救援效率。通过对海钓船艇轨航行迹的预测能够及时发现船舶的轨迹变化,确保船舶遵守航行规则,维护海上交通秩序。收集所辖海钓船艇的北斗实时定位数据,包括海钓船艇的经纬度、速度、航向、时间等信息。进行数据缺失值恢复、异常数据处理等数据预处理工作,保证数据的完整性和准确性,再对原始航线轨迹数据进行聚类,得到船舶航线数据集,历史的航线集合为S={S1,S2,S3,……,Sn},并以航线数据为基础,船艇的前轨迹航线则是由各个时刻记录的位置信息Pt点的集合,Pti={lat,Ing,sog,cog}表示在时刻处的定位数据,其中lat表示船舶的纬度,lng 表示船舶经度,sog 表示船舶航速,cog 表示船舶角度。通过以历史轨迹数据为基础,使用机器学习算法学习以往的船舶轨迹,生成船舶移动轨迹模型,基于朴素贝叶斯的船舶航行轨迹预测算法,使用当前轨迹与学习得到的模式作对比,根据当前轨迹片段序列与航线的轨迹片段进行相似性分析,找出最接近的轨迹,从而实现船舶轨迹的预测。

Predicting the navigation trajectories of recreational fishing vessels can timely detect potential collision risks and take anti-collision measures in advance to ensure navigation safety. For scenarios such as extreme weather and shipwrecks, trajectory prediction data can help rescuers quickly locate fishing vessels and improve rescue efficiency. Moreover, predicting the trajectories of recreational fishing vessels can timely detect changes in ship trajectories, ensure compliance with navigation rules, and maintain maritime traffic order. We collect real-time BeiDou positioning data of the fishing vessels under our jurisdiction, including their latitude, longitude, speed, course, timestamp and other related information. Data preprocessing operations such as missing value recovery and abnormal data processing are performed to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Then, clustering is conducted on the original voyage trajectory data to obtain a ship route dataset, where the historical route set is denoted as S={S₁, S₂, S₃, …, Sₙ}. Based on the route data, the prior trajectory of a vessel is a collection of position points Pt recorded at each moment. P_{t_i}={lat, lng, sog, cog} represents the positioning data at moment t_i, where lat denotes the vessel's latitude, lng denotes the vessel's longitude, sog stands for Speed Over Ground, and cog stands for Course Over Ground. Based on the historical trajectory data, machine learning algorithms are used to learn the historical ship trajectories and generate a ship movement trajectory model. Specifically, the Naive Bayes-based ship navigation trajectory prediction algorithm compares the current trajectory with the learned patterns, conducts similarity analysis between the current trajectory segment sequence and the route trajectory segments, identifies the most similar trajectory, and thus realizes ship trajectory prediction.
