DMO Mining Permits Bituminous Surface (Historic)

A layer containing the permit boundaries of Bituminous Coal Surface Mines. Data was converted over from the physical "Mylar Review" system for surface mine permit location information requests. The physical topographic maps and mylar overlays of that system have been scanned, georeferenced, and vectorized to create the permit boundary polygons with an index number attribute. The corresponding index card data has been entered in a spreadsheet. The polygon layers’ attribute tables were joined with the spreadsheet. More recent surface mine permit boundaries and attributes were digitized directly as polygons from permit documents. This layer represents a combination of various legacy surface mine permit tracking systems. All future surface mine permit boundaries will be updated here, as the mylar system is phased out.本图层包含烟煤露天煤矿的采矿许可边界。其数据源自用于露天矿采矿许可位置信息查询的实体“Mylar Review”（聚酯薄膜审核）系统。该系统的实体地形图与聚酯薄膜覆盖图经扫描、地理配准与矢量化处理后，生成了带有索引编号属性字段的许可边界多边形要素。配套的索引卡片数据已录入电子表格，随后将多边形图层的属性表与该电子表格完成关联。后续新增的露天矿采矿许可边界及属性信息，则直接从许可文档中矢量化为多边形要素。本图层整合了多套老旧露天矿采矿许可追踪系统的数据。随着聚酯薄膜审核系统逐步停用，未来所有新增的露天矿采矿许可边界数据都将在此图层中更新。
