genomic sequencing of four newly established penile cancer cell lines

Penile squamous cell carcinoma (PeSCC) is a rare disease worldwide for which there are limited treatment options, especially for patients with late-stage disease. Limited progress of preclinical research has been made in PeSCC, owing to the lack of feasible in vitro cell line models. Therefore, we successfully established a panel of 5new PeSCC cell lines, Penl,Penl2, 149RCa, 149RM and LM156, from 4 Chinese patients. This project contains whole genome sequencing data of those cell lines.
