The covered test contents include: output voltages of each power supply under bias stress conditions measured by a multimeter; ripple voltages of each power supply under bias stress conditions detected by a real-time oscilloscope; power-on timing sequences of each power supply tested via a real-time oscilloscope; communication timing sequences of the modules tested by a real-time oscilloscope; various signal waveforms of the modules tested by a real-time oscilloscope; optical performance of the modules tested using an optical oscilloscope and BERT (Bit Error Rate Tester) modules; DDM (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring) accuracy of the modules measured by a power meter. All tests were conducted with a regulated power supply and BERT modules.
