Host-directed therapies improve tuberculosis outcomes

Host-directed therapies (HDTs) offer alternative paths to chemotherapy for bacterial clearance during tuberculosis (TB) infection. This bulk RNA-Seq dataset was created to explore alterations in gene expression linked to HDT treatment. It encompasses diverse conditions, including TB-uninfected and infected lung tissues, as well as granulomas in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus).
