To investigate the effect of circPOLR2A(9,10) delivery to neurons on microglia gene expression in 5xFAD mice Ribosomal RNA (rRNA) depleted (ribo-) RNA-seq for microglia: WT mice treated with AAV PHP.eB-EGFP (n = 3), 5xFAD mice treated with AAV PHP.eB-EGFP (n = 2), 5xFAD mice treated with AAV PHP.eB-circPOLR2A(9,10) (n = 4) and 5xFAD; PKR KO mice (n=4) .
