电子天平重复性误差是电子天平计量性能的重要判断依据,因此对电子天平重复性误差检测,对其计量性能的判断有重要意义,也可对后期电子天平的修正提供数据支撑。1.数据采集:采集样品型号、试验载荷值、示值等信息;2.示值:通过电子天平对试验砝码的称重得到的数值结果,一共测量6次;3.数据处理:试验载荷L,示值I,误差E,通过公式I-L=E,测得6次测验的重复性误差值,对比最大误差值标准,综合运用IF、AND、ABS函数判断六次测验误差值绝对值是否均小于最大误差值,六次测验误差均未小于最大误差值的,视为合格,得到检验合格的次数,通过公式计算合格率,公式:合格率=合格次数/检测总次数*100%。

The repeatability error of electronic balances is a critical criterion for evaluating their metrological performance. Therefore, detecting the repeatability error of electronic balances holds great significance for judging their metrological performance, and can also provide data support for the subsequent correction of electronic balances. 1. Data Collection: Collect information such as sample model, test load value, indicated value, and other relevant parameters; 2. Indicated Value: The numerical results obtained by weighing test weights using an electronic balance, with a total of 6 repeated measurements; 3. Data Processing: For test load L, indicated value I, and error E, the repeatability error values of the 6 tests are calculated via the formula I-L=E. Compare the obtained error values against the maximum allowable error standard, and comprehensively use the IF, AND, and ABS functions to determine whether the absolute values of all 6 test error values are less than the maximum allowable error. Tests where all 6 error values meet the requirement are regarded as qualified. Calculate the number of qualified tests, then compute the qualified rate using the formula: Qualified Rate = (Number of Qualified Tests / Total Number of Tests) × 100%.
