In this study, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) hepatocytes and normal hepatocytes were collected from two NASH mouse models and healthy mice fixed-frozen liver sections with laser capture microdissection (LCM), respectively. Total RNA was extracted from these LCM samples. RNA-sequencing was performed with the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
