<p>PREMs: Patients’ feedback on specialist doctors at T0, T1 and T2. Data refer to the whole population, as well as to relative groups arriving at HCV diagnosis through general, harm reduction services/prison or specialist physicians. For each aspect analysed, PREMs were based on 5-point scales, ranging from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree). For each item, Friedman test was used to investigate the time effects.</p>
