(1) Regression coefficient of the interaction term when both miSNP and 3utr proxy SNPs coded 0/1/2 according to the number of carried rare alleles are introduced in a linear regression model together with their interaction term. (2) P-value of the interaction test obtained in GHS when the Levene test p-value was used under a weighted-Bonferroni framework. (3) P-value of the interaction test derived from the standard linear regression analysis in Cardiogenics. Bold p-values are significant after Bonferroni correction.
