The Immune Epitope Database (IEDB) is a freely accessible resource funded by the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). This database curates experimental data on antibody and T cell epitopes studied in the context of infectious diseases, allergies, autoimmunity, and transplantation across human and other animal species. In addition, IEDB provides epitope prediction and analysis tools, and hosts a sister website, CEDAR (funded by the National Cancer Institute, NCI), which specifically stores cancer epitope information.
