Foreshore Segment (OpenData)

This entity describes the stretch of land adjacent to the sea. The coverage extends from a Rating Unit or Asset Street Catchment out to the estimated Mean Low Water Spring tide and is further defined by features in close proximity, such as place names, parks or localities. Designed to allow consents, assets, request for service (RFS) etc. to be assigned to a property type where no Rating Unit exists. It is spatially abstracted to an area.本实体用于描述毗邻海域的陆地区域。其覆盖范围从计税物业单元（Rating Unit）或资产街道覆盖区（Asset Street Catchment）延伸至预估的平均大潮低潮位，并通过邻近的地名、公园或片区等地理要素进一步明确边界。该实体的设计目的是为不存在计税物业单元的物业类型分配许可、资产、服务请求（Request for Service, RFS）等事项，并在空间上抽象为一个区域。
