Human oral bacteriome of Spanish residents.. Human oral microbiome

We provide a snapshot of the oral microbiome throughout Spain and how it varies with life-style and other factors. Most samples come from high school students, but there are also many from adult and child family members, as well as a number of disease groups, including Down Syndrome and cystic fibrosis.
