Metatranscriptomic data on 7 samples from deep sea sediments in Northern Chile

This project contains the metatranscriptomes of seven samples taken from deep sea sediments (2000-4000 mbsl) near the port of Antofagasta, Chile. They encompass the surface of four standard, oxic ocean sediments, and two samples from what is possibly a cold seep undergoing a slow process of extinction.
