Gene expression change of liver in Tilapia under hypoxia

Tilapia is a fish that can tolerate extreme hypoxia. In order to explore the mechanism of extreme hypoxia tolerance in tilapia, we used transcriptome sequencing technology to compare the gene changes in tilapia liver between normoxia and hypoxia, which will provide new insights for improving the hypoxic tolerance of fish.
