miRNA profile of anterior regeneration in earthworm Perionyx excavatus

This study examined the miRNA expression in the head and 5th-day regenerated blastema tissues of the earthworm Perionyx excavatus. We investigated the function of known and novel miRNAs during epimorphosis regeneration using high-throughput sequencing technology.
