This bioproject includes samples from about 94 Liliales species, raw sequence reads

Transcriptome sequencing was carried out for about 94 Liliales species. These transcriptomic data were used for phylogenomic analyses of Liliales and for investigating the genes involved in colchicine biosynthesis. Fresh leaves or stems were frozen using liquid nitrogen. After RNA extraction, sequencing was performed using the BGI T7 platform.
