LncVar is a specialized database that curates genetic variants associated with long non-coding genes. It hosts data on single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), copy number variations (CNVs) and fusion events across 6 species, including humans, mice, zebrafish and other species. This database integrates multiple functional annotation resources such as transcription factor binding sites, m6A modification regions, open reading frames and expression quantitative trait loci, and also provides candidate datasets for cancer prognostic biomarkers.
