A species-resolved feline gut MAG catalog and custom Kraken2 database

This repository provides the species-level MAG catalog generated in this study, including 514 representative genomes from the feline gut microbiome, as well as the custom Kraken2 database built from these genomes. These resources support taxonomic classification, community profiling, and genome-based analyses of the feline gut microbiome.
