Dataset for phylogenetic analyses with MrBayes commands from Comment on "Ultrastructure reveals ancestral vertebrate pharyngeal skeleton in yunnanozoans"

We re-checked and amended the matrix of Tian <em>et al</em>. in the light of the published literature. We revised 69 characters used by Tian et al. and conducted the phylogenetic analysis using both the methods described in the paper and additional model-based approaches. NEXUS file formatted for MrBayes with commands necessary to execute the analyses.
