In this project, we aim to sequence SARS-Cov-2 genomes from different samples extracted from humans and domestic animals with Covid-19 symptoms. We are using Ion AmpliSeqTM SARS-CoV-2 Research Panel, using the Ion S5 NGS platform (Thermo Fisher).
