资源简介:

This repository provides research data supporting the life cycle assessment (LCA), techno-economic assessment (TEA), and uncertainty analysis of green-tide Ulva harvesting and biorefinery processing for marine-derived protein production in Danish fjords. The dataset supports an integrated assessment of a biobased product–service system (BPSS) in which nuisance Ulva biomass is harvested and processed into food- and feed-grade protein products, while also providing environmental mitigation functions through nutrient removal and temporary biogenic carbon uptake. The data support the associated research manuscript entitled “Environmental trade-offs and techno-economic feasibility of green-tide Ulva harvesting for coastal nutrient mitigation and marine protein production”. The compressed file contains three main folders: 1. LCA-Monte Carlo Probabilistic life cycle inventory data, Brightway2 Python notebooks, and Monte Carlo simulation results for the LCA under the current Danish electricity mix and a hypothetical future wind-energy scenario. 2. NPV-Monte Carlo Excel-based economic model including deterministic and stochastic net present value calculations, selected economic input parameters, and Monte Carlo simulations over a 20-year project horizon. 3. Results Processed simulation outputs, R scripts for visualisation, and figures used in the associated research manuscript. The repository includes foreground inventory data, uncertainty ranges, model scripts, calculation files, processed outputs, and visualisation workflows. These files are intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the environmental and economic uncertainty analysis. The dataset may be useful for researchers working on macroalgal biorefineries, circular bioeconomy systems, LCA–TEA integration, marine nutrient mitigation, environmental-service accounting, and uncertainty analysis of emerging bio-based technologies. Background databases used in the modelling are subject to their respective licence conditions. Therefore, proprietary exchange-level background database records are not redistributed. The repository provides the foreground inventory data, model files, characterised results, scripts, and calculation files required to understand and reproduce the study calculations within the limits of the applicable database licences.
