通过整合化塑行业上游原料PBT的产能数据,用于分析化塑行业上游原料PBT品类产能在以企业、城市、省份、区域为层级单位的产能情况,形成PBT多层级产能分布数据,反映一定地域范围内PBT的发展条件及其水平的地区差异,从而助力行业厂商全面了解行业集中度与行业产能动态,为不同规模化塑行业贸易商、终端工厂采购提供数据参考,为从业企业外部营销提供决策支撑,更好的实现资源优化配置。1.数据采集:通过查找和调研的方式获取化塑行业上游原料企业信息、企业公开产能数据,进行采集汇总。2.数据处理:根据企业信息中的地址信息,将地址进行分层处理,分为城市、省份、区域的层级单位,将企业的产能数据增加城市、省份、区域为层级单位的标记。3.产能计算:读取所有企业产能数据,根据企业所属的城市、省份、区域标记,进行汇总合计,从而得到各个城市总产能、省份总产能、区域总产能,全部合计得到全国总产能;占比计算:企业产能全国占比=企业总产能/全国总产能、城市产能全国占比=城市总产能/全国总产能、省份产能全国占比=省份总产能/全国总产能、区域产能全国占比=区域总产能/全国总产能;经过统计、归类后得到各区域、各省份、各城市、各企业的产能数据与产能占比,形成PBT多层级产能分布数据。4.数据应用:根据PBT产能数据与PBT多层级产能分布数据,为不同规模从业企业、化塑行业贸易商、终端工厂采购提供数据参考。
This dataset integrates the production capacity data of PBT, an upstream raw material of the chemical and plastics industry, to analyze the production capacity status of PBT products at hierarchical units including enterprises, cities, provinces and regions, and form multi-level production capacity distribution data of PBT. It reflects the regional differences in PBT development conditions and their levels within a certain geographical scope, thereby helping industry manufacturers fully understand industry concentration and production capacity dynamics, providing data references for traders of different scales in the chemical and plastics industry and terminal factory procurement, providing decision support for external marketing of enterprises, and achieving optimal resource allocation. 1. Data Collection: Obtain enterprise information of upstream raw materials of the chemical and plastics industry and their public production capacity data through search and research, and conduct collection and summary. 2. Data Processing: According to the address information contained in the enterprise information, perform hierarchical processing on the addresses, dividing them into hierarchical units of cities, provinces and regions, and add the markers of these hierarchical units to the enterprise's production capacity data. 3. Capacity Calculation: Read the production capacity data of all enterprises, and conduct aggregate calculation according to the city, province and region markers of the enterprises, so as to obtain the total production capacity of each city, province, region and the whole country; Conduct proportion calculation: National proportion of enterprise production capacity = total enterprise production capacity / total national production capacity; National proportion of urban production capacity = total urban production capacity / total national production capacity; National proportion of provincial production capacity = total provincial production capacity / total national production capacity; National proportion of regional production capacity = total regional production capacity / total national production capacity. After statistics and classification, obtain the production capacity data and production capacity proportion of each region, province, city and enterprise, forming the multi-level production capacity distribution data of PBT. 4. Data Application: Provide data references for enterprises of different scales, traders in the chemical and plastics industry and terminal factory procurement based on the PBT production capacity data and the multi-level production capacity distribution data of PBT.
