数据集为对上海崇太隧道施工项目中采集的关键子系统的关键部件振动、压力、温度、流量等数据分析处理获得。包含的数据有泥水环流系统、液压推进系统、刀盘系统、盾尾密封系统和电机驱动系统等五大关键系统的压力、振动、温度等特有指标数据,以及对应时间段内的刀盘转速、刀盘扭矩等掘进参数和电机温度、电机频率等设备参数共计1550种低频参数。该数据集包括停机段、空转段、掘进段等循环工作段的数据,为施工项目掘进过程中的采集数据。同时根据自研盾尾密封可视化试验台进行盾尾油脂腔与水腔加压试验,采集水压与油脂压力随时间和尾刷磨损的变化情况。采用反向注脂法,针对不同磨损程度下的尾刷进行磨损监测试验。通过将尾刷1的前保护板不截去、截去20mm以及截去40mm,来模拟尾刷在实际中的不同磨损工况,记录的盾尾密封性能与压力差、尾刷磨损程度数据。数据集共计638M
This dataset is derived from the analysis and processing of data collected from key components of critical subsystems in the Shanghai Chongtai Tunnel construction project, covering indicators such as vibration, pressure, temperature and flow. It includes a total of 1550 low-frequency parameters, featuring unique metric data of pressure, vibration, temperature and other aspects from five core subsystems: slurry circulation system, hydraulic propulsion system, cutterhead system, tail seal system and motor drive system. Additionally, it encompasses tunneling parameters (e.g., cutterhead speed, cutterhead torque) and equipment parameters (e.g., motor temperature, motor frequency) collected within corresponding time frames. All data were gathered during the tunneling process of the construction project, covering cyclic working phases such as shutdown phase, idling phase and tunneling phase. Furthermore, pressurization tests on the tail seal grease chamber and water chamber were conducted using a self-developed visualized test bench for tail seal systems, to collect the temporal and wear-related variations of water pressure and grease pressure. A reverse grease injection method was employed to perform wear monitoring tests on tail brushes at different wear levels. Specifically, the front guard plate of tail brush 1 was kept intact, cut by 20 mm and cut by 40 mm respectively, to simulate different actual wear scenarios of tail brushes in field applications. Corresponding data of tail seal performance, pressure difference and tail brush wear degree were recorded during the tests. The total size of this dataset is 638 MB.
