For the company (software developer), it enables accurate assessment of the cost-effectiveness of each online promotion channel, identification of high-quality channels with high conversion rates to increase investment, while adjusting or terminating investment in inefficient channels. For other relevant enterprises, it helps to accurately grasp the current status and trends of industry promotion, and timely adjust marketing strategies. 1. Data Collection and Preprocessing (1) Data Collection: Collect data fields related to the online promotion effects of the company's transaction risk control platform, including collection time period, total promotion cost, channel code, independent cost of the channel (CNY), number of new orders of the channel, new sales revenue of the channel (CNY), and average sales revenue per order (CNY/order). (2) Data Preprocessing: Remove invalid channel data where the cost is greater than 0 but the number of new orders equals 0 or the new sales revenue equals 0. 2. Channel Revenue and ROI Calculation (1) Channel Revenue Calculation: Channel revenue of the target channel = new sales revenue of this channel; (2) ROI Calculation: ROI = (Channel revenue - Independent cost of the channel) / Independent cost of the channel. 3.
