Dataset of residential buildings construction, geometry, and performance in climate change scenarios located in Porto, Portugal

This dataset comprises the performance, construction, and geometry data of 50 residential buildings located in Porto, Portugal. The geometric data was generated using the EPSAP algorithm (URL http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.cad.2013.01.001; http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.cad.2013.01.003; http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.autcon.2013.06.005); the construction elements physical properties were saved from the EPSAP algorithm database; and, the performance data was obtained using the FPOP algorithm coupled to the simulation engine EnergyPlus v9.0.1 (URL http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.enbuild.2014.06.016; http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.apenergy.2014.06.068).
