Microbiota of joint fluid samples from osteoarthritis rats before and after prp intervention - pseudo-sterile rats

This dataset contains microbial community data of joint fluid from a pseudo-sterile rat model of induced osteoarthritis. It describes the microbiota characteristics before and after the intervention of platelet-rich plasma (PRP). This data aims to investigate the potential role of the intestinal joint axis microbiota in OA and the regulatory effect of PRP treatment.
