Investigating the role of Cmtr1 in splicing: control Cmtr1 fl/fl fibroblasts expressing empty vector

We investigated role of CMTR1 in RNA splicing in MEFs to compare to our findngs in T cells. These samples are from Cmtr1 fl/fl fibroblasts transfected with empty vector and are from the same experiment as samples in GSE200103 where Cmtr1 cKO MEF transcriptomics can be found.
