This dataset focuses on the core direction of multi-center imaging and clinical treatment plan comparison for pediatric pneumonia. All original data were collected compliantly from cooperating tertiary hospitals, and underwent full-process processing including data de-identification and document proofreading by a professional team, ultimately forming a high-quality, standardized professional medical dataset with a total data volume of 1 TB. It can be directly connected to various application scenarios such as medical algorithm development, model training, and clinical research, providing high-value and highly reliable data support for the development of AI technologies related to pediatric pneumonia, clinical diagnosis and treatment research, and medical product innovation.

The dataset is overall multi-modal structured medical data, with each single data entry constructed around the full dimensions of pediatric pneumonia clinical diagnosis and treatment, mainly including two core categories: imaging data and clinical diagnosis and treatment text annotation data. Imaging data are original medical images in DICOM format, retaining the original clinical imaging information, with standardized format and high information integrity. Clinical diagnosis and treatment text annotation data cover core medical documents such as inpatient course records, inpatient/discharge records, radiological and laboratory report documents. The field information fully covers the entire process of pediatric pneumonia clinical diagnosis and treatment, including imaging acquisition, disease diagnosis, treatment process and examination results. The annotation content is accurate and standardized, and is one-to-one matched with the imaging data, truly restoring the actual clinical scenarios and data characteristics of pediatric pneumonia diagnosis and treatment.
