AGORA2 and Apollo - collection of 1,922 pan-species models (.mat)

Individual reconstructions for AGORA2 were downloaded on 11-Nov-2024. The taxonomic information was generated through the updateTaxonomyInfoAgora.m function in the COBRA toolbox. Individual reconstructions for APOLLO were downloaded on 22-nov-2024. The pan-species models were generated with createPanSpecies.m function in the COBRA toolbox on 25-nov-2024. The taxonomic assignments were obtained from the APOLLO supplementary material file S1, Cell Systems (2024, accepted). Pan-species were generated through the createPanSpecies.m function in the COBRA toolbox with the updated taxonomic information file. The pan-species were generated on 26-Nov-2024.
