高速度高效率SNSPD指标测试

南京大学超导电子学研究所SNSPD小组面向“量子调控与量子信息”重点专项中量子通信领域等前沿应用的需求,开展高速高探测效率超导纳米线单光子探测器研究。本数据集包含了达成项目指标的器件性能测量结果、中国计量院标定测量结果、高效率超导纳米线探测器设计、仿真及测量研究结果等的原始数据。同时进行了数据分析,主要的处理方式为,使用Origin科学绘图软件将原始数据进行曲线绘制,得到SNSPD的性能参数;开展数据曲线的对比分析、函数拟合分析、以及与仿真结果进行比较分析。
The SNSPD Group at the Institute of Superconducting Electronics, Nanjing University, carried out research on high-speed and high-detection-efficiency superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors (SNSPDs) to address the demands of frontier applications such as quantum communication under the Key Special Project of "Quantum Regulation and Quantum Information". This dataset contains raw data including device performance measurement results that meet the project's technical indicators, calibration measurement results from the National Institute of Metrology of China, as well as research outcomes on the design, simulation and measurement of high-efficiency superconducting nanowire detectors. Meanwhile, data analysis was conducted, with the main processing methods as follows: plotting curves from the raw data using Origin scientific plotting software to obtain the performance parameters of SNSPDs; performing comparative analysis of data curves, function fitting analysis, and comparative analysis between experimental data and simulation results.
