Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms (IPMN) are pancreatic mucinous cysts that can progress to cancer. We used spatial transcriptomics to characterize the epithelium and microenvironment of IPMN samples of different grades and histological subtypes. Overall design: Spatial transcriptomic experiments were conducted on fresh frozen IPMN specimens with the Visium Spatial Gene Expression platform from 10x genomics.
