The effect of carbon source addition on the nitrification process in biofloc reactor system

In this study, a biofloc reactor system was constructed, and two carbon source addition groups of glucose (G) and PHBV (P) and a control group (C) were set up. To monitor water quality and microbial community changes at a long time scale, the purpose is to : ( 1 ) evaluate the effect of adding different carbon sources on the performance of the biofloc reactor system ; ( 2 ) Explore the establishment of nitrification process in different reactor systems ; ( 3 ) The characteristics of microbial community in different reactor systems were studied.
