纳米绿色印刷制造技术是具有变革性意义的绿色增材制造技术,可广泛应用于印刷、电子、微纳结构器件制造等众多重要领域。基于纳米绿色印刷制造技术,研究墨滴与液膜图案化行为的关键科学问题,针对印刷程中大规模、高精度图案化控制,深入研究液体干燥过程中不同浸润模式下气-固-液三相线的行为,揭示印刷过程中材料界面融合和精细结构控制的基本规律,实现墨滴内纳米材料的可控自组装。利用纳米绿色印刷制造技术实现绿色印刷RFID天线制造技术在智能包装等领域的应用。本数据集主要包括基于绿色印刷技术制备的RFID 标签智能包装器件、RFID器件中线路显微照片、RFID器件的方阻测试结果、高频闭合线圈天线阻抗以及超高频对称极化电极阻抗测试结果。
Nano Green Printing Manufacturing Technology is a transformative green additive manufacturing technology that can be widely applied in numerous critical fields including printing, electronics, and micro-nano structural device manufacturing. Based on this technology, key scientific issues related to the patterning behavior of ink droplets and liquid films are studied. Focusing on large-scale and high-precision patterning control during the printing process, in-depth investigations are carried out on the behavior of the gas-solid-liquid three-phase line under different wetting modes during liquid drying. These studies aim to reveal the fundamental laws governing material interface fusion and fine structure control during printing, and achieve controlled self-assembly of nanomaterials within ink droplets. Utilizing nano green printing manufacturing technology, the application of green printing-based RFID antenna fabrication technology in fields such as smart packaging is realized. This dataset mainly includes RFID tag smart packaging devices fabricated using green printing technology, micrographs of the internal circuits of RFID devices, sheet resistance test results of RFID devices, the impedance of high-frequency closed-coil antennas, and impedance test results of ultra-high-frequency (UHF) symmetrically polarized electrodes.
