TransCirc is a circular RNA (circRNA) translation potential database that integrates multi-omics evidence to predict the coding potential of circRNAs for functional peptides. This database contains over 320,000 circRNA entries, and provides translation-related evidence including IRES elements, m6A modification sites, open reading frames (ORFs) and other relevant information. It is developed and maintained by the Biomedical Big Data Center, Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health.
