It is generated using Virtuoso software, CALIBRE software, vernier calipers and 3D microscopes. It mainly records the simulation data of each module of the pixel driver circuit, the overall simulation data of the circuit, the chip layout netlist data, and the size information of the fabricated driver chips, with a total data volume of 4.3 GB.
