主要面向高性能Micro-LED的显示样机研究,实现基于CMOS驱动高分辨率Micro-LED的外围电路的需求,研究CMOS芯片与Micro-LED器件的混合集成技术,研制出高性能Micro-LED的蓝色显示样机。基于virtuoso软件、游标卡尺、3D显微镜和SR-LEDW分光放射计设备产生,主要记录了驱动电路的外围驱动模块仿真结果,亮度灰度调节模块仿真结果,以及样机的基本参数信息,数据量1.1GB。
This dataset focuses on the research of high-performance Micro-LED display prototypes, with the goals of meeting the requirements of peripheral circuits for CMOS-driven high-resolution Micro-LED displays, investigating the hybrid integration technology between CMOS chips and Micro-LED devices, and developing a high-performance blue Micro-LED display prototype. Generated using Virtuoso software, vernier calipers, 3D microscope and SR-LEDW spectroradiometer, this dataset mainly records the simulation results of the peripheral drive module and brightness grayscale adjustment module of the drive circuit, as well as the basic parameter information of the prototype. The total data volume is 1.1 GB.
