To investigate the effect of each mutation, observed in SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.2 compared to Omicron BA.1, on viral properties, we prepared recombinant viruses harboring each mutation. To verify the genome sequence of the working viruses, we performed viral RNA-sequencing of the viral stock.
