Abstract The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of the dietary supplementation of laying hens with natural oils on the quality of fresh eggs stored under refrigeration ® and room temperature (RT). Hens were fed balanced corn-soybean diets supplemented with increasing levels of Copaifera langsdorffii (CP-0.03; 0.06 and 0.09%) or Pterodon emarginatus (SC-0.03 and 0.06%) oilresins plus a negative control (CN).
