实时监测京杭大运河塘栖古镇区段的噪音数据,经过算法加工得到噪音指数数据。通过噪音指数数据,对京杭大运河航运噪音大小进行实时预警,指导京杭大运河航运系统合理安排航运时间和货船数量,保护周边生活的人群免受噪音污染的影响,为京杭大运河的数字化航运体系建设提供有效数据支撑。(1)数据采集:通过在线设备,每分钟实时测量获取京杭大运河东湖姚家埭区段噪音(A,单位:dB)数据; (2)数据处理:依据监测时间,将噪音数据所处时段分为昼间(6:00-18:00)和夜间(18:00-6:00)。昼间时,噪音指数计算方法:噪音指数=(噪音-70)/70;夜间时,噪音指数计算方法:噪音指数=(噪音-55)/55。 根据我国声环境质量标准(GB3096-2008)中的规定,内河航道昼间噪音不超过55dB,夜间不能超过77dB。噪音数据越接近于1,代表环境越安静。噪音指数监测的预警值为0。当噪音指数数据小于0时,则表示存在噪音污染,应立即采取降低噪音额度必要举措。 (3)数据应用:通过噪音指数数据,对京杭大运河航运噪音大小进行实时预警,指导京杭大运河航运系统合理安排航运时间和货船数量,保护周边生活的人群免受噪音污染的影响,为京杭大运河的数字化航运体系建设提供有效数据支撑。

This dataset is developed based on real-time noise monitoring over the Tangqi Ancient Town section of the Grand Canal of China, with noise index data generated via algorithmic processing. It supports real-time early warning of shipping noise levels on the Grand Canal, enables reasonable scheduling of shipping operations and cargo vessel quantities for the Grand Canal shipping system, protects local residents from noise pollution, and provides valid data support for the construction of the Grand Canal's digital shipping ecosystem. (1) Data Collection: Real-time measurements of A-weighted noise (unit: dB) are conducted every minute at the Donghu Yaojiadai section of the Grand Canal of China using online monitoring equipment. (2) Data Processing: According to the monitoring timestamp, the noise data is categorized into two time periods: daytime (6:00–18:00) and nighttime (18:00–6:00). The noise index calculation formulas are specified as follows: - Daytime: Noise Index = (Noise Reading - 70) / 70 - Nighttime: Noise Index = (Noise Reading - 55) / 55 Per the requirements of China's Environmental Noise Quality Standard (GB3096-2008), the permissible noise limits for inland waterways are no more than 55 dB during daytime and 77 dB during nighttime. The closer the noise index value is to 1, the quieter the surrounding acoustic environment. The early warning threshold for the noise index monitoring is set at 0. If the noise index is less than 0, it indicates that noise pollution has occurred, and immediate necessary measures to reduce noise levels shall be taken. (3) Data Application: By leveraging the noise index data, real-time early warning of shipping noise levels on the Grand Canal of China is implemented to guide the Grand Canal shipping system in reasonably arranging shipping schedules and the number of cargo vessels, protect local residents from the impact of noise pollution, and provide effective data support for the construction of the Grand Canal's digital shipping system.
