Repository: Zenodo Open Repository Abstract This paper provides a rigorous mathematical and physical analysis of Thomas Townsend Brown’s operational notes spanning October 1967 through March 1973. We synthesize the transition from electro-aerodynamic (EAD) devices utilizing high-resistance strip electrodes and asymmetrical "H" geometries to macroscopic high-K dielectric structures, capacitor-based gravitational wave detection bridges, and fluidic tribo-electric generators. By formalizing these concepts through Maxwell’s equations, stress-energy tensor adjustments, and discrete lattice mechanics, we establish a unified framework for solid-state electro-gravitational coupling.
