大型中速永磁风电机组的可靠性指标验证数据集

本数据集主要面向课题五“2021YFB1506905 大功率中速永磁风电机组示范工程”中基于示范工程样机的“连续无故障并网运行240h”和“平均无故障工作时间MTBF”指标验证活动。基于新疆乌鲁木齐达坂城风电场F69#（GWH175-8.2MW）示范机组的测试数据，以及新疆小草湖项目GWH182-8.0MW机组记录的SCADA瞬态数据、中控统计数据和历史故障数据，按要求提取相关数据并剔除无效数据，包括异常值识别与筛选。委托第三方依据GB/T 20319-2017标准要求，借助Python、Excel等工具进行数据处理与分析，生成机组测试评估报告，支撑课题可靠性指标的实现。数据总量29.4MB。

This dataset is primarily intended for the indicator verification activities of "240-hour trouble-free grid-connected operation" and "Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)" under Project 5 "2021YFB1506905 Demonstration Project of High-Power Medium-Speed Permanent Magnet Wind Turbine Generators", based on the prototype units of the demonstration project. The dataset is compiled from test data of demonstration unit F69# (GWH175-8.2MW) at Daban Town Wind Farm, Urumqi, Xinjiang, as well as SCADA transient data, central control statistical data and historical fault data recorded by GWH182-8.0MW units from the Xiaocaohu Project in Xinjiang. Relevant data was extracted as required, invalid data was eliminated, including outlier identification and screening. A third party was entrusted to perform data processing and analysis using tools such as Python and Excel in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 20319-2017, and generate unit test and evaluation reports to support the achievement of the project's reliability indicators. The total data volume is 29.4 MB.
